Citizens Advice Telford & the Wrekin

About Us

We’re an independent charity that provides free, confidential, independent and impartial advice that you can trust.

Citizens Advice Telford and the Wrekin formed from the merger of three smaller bureaux in 1999. We are managed by a Board of Trustees and are members of the National Association of Citizens Advice. Our service is delivered by a mixture of volunteers and paid staff who undergo extensive training to make your visit to us as successful as possible.

Our service is free, confidential, independent and impartial. We give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward - whoever they are, and whatever their problem.

We will explain what information we record about your issues and will not share any of your personal details without your permission.

We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination in all that we do. We respond to an individual's needs without regard to their age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, race or religion.

Our service is delivered by a mixture of volunteers and paid staff who undergo extensive training in order to make your visit to us as successful as possible.
