Citizens Advice Telford & the Wrekin

We attended the Family Hub event at Donnington to promote our Baby Steps project and provide leaflets, signposting and book appointments in for any residents who attended. We spoke with a number of local residents about issues relating to benefit entitlement, energy concerns and about how Baby Steps can support them.

We also booked in appointments for 2 residents who attended on the day.
