Citizens Advice Telford & the Wrekin

We again attended the Telford Town Centre to provide a signposting service to the local community. Whilst there, we were also able to register 10 clients for appointments further down the line with our advisers. It was again a well-received service by the local community, with many commenting how great it was for us to be out in the community.  

On the day we signposted/gave information to 50 members of the local community, with the biggest issues being: Benefits, Energy & Housing. During the day, we were also able to provide lightbulbs to those who received energy information and were interested in trying to improve their energy efficiency at home. This day allowed us to reach people from the local community
